MEET THE TEAM
Roger Grendahl
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, his goal is to ensure that projects are completed on time, and to the client’s satisfaction. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and design to execution and delivery. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.
As a project manager, he is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. He is a skilled communicator and a professional problem solver, He has a background of more than 20 years in the construction industry and runs a successful electrical business, RG Electric, for the past 18 years, @rgelectricbismarck. He has overseen many large projects and has managed many new construction projects.
Sarah Grendahl
Interior Designer
Interior Designer, head of design for Grendahl Design Co. Her goal is to design and create inspiring and functional spaces that enhance the lives of Clients. Good Design is so much more than aesthetics, it’s understanding how one lives in their home, and creating a space that meets those needs. She has a degree in interior design, and being creative is her passion. She throws out all the trends and loves Mixing old and new, adding textures, color, and making your spaces personal and inviting so you are proud and excited to call it home. Every detail is thoughtfully planned to create a beautiful, inviting, personal and balanced space for everyone.
